The President's Lead:
By Bill Signorelli
It's a new day in the contract security business. Firms must be more efficient and more precise while delivering the quality services their customers expect.
Over the past year, Security America has been reviewing "what we do, how we do it, and why we do it" from A - Z throughout our company. A group effort by our staff, field officers, client representatives, outside consultants, and our Board has not left a stone unturned. They have worked diligently and contributed wholeheartedly.
The initial labor has produced our new vision and mission statements;
Our Security America Vision: "By providing the Best Protection for the Best Value, we enable our customers to focus on their core business"
and Our Mission: "Providing our customers with peace of mind by offering the Best Protection for the Best Value; Furnish our employees with an environment in which they can grow and succeed; and Deliver our shareholders a gainful return on their investment by being the market leader."
Various goals, objectives, and strategies have been set in motion that will result in SAI costing our customers less, yet still delivering higher quality services than our competitors do. There are new technologies and tactics being employed in our processes. Some of the major areas of upgrading include our hiring and training processes, new computerized scheduling-payroll-billing software, focused vertical markets, new security services, additional strategic alliances with related corporations, new accountability measures, and an aggressive customer service program. The target date for the full implementation of the change is February 1, 2007.
Security America...as we continually strive for excellence.
