New Leadership Program

Staff development and training has always been a mark of excellence within Security America. Beginning in January, the new “Leadership Soaring Eagle” will begin. This new ground breaking program for the security industry will develop and prepare new leaders for SA. The classes will cover management subject such as : planning; training for trainers; delegation; and more. The program will be held in Charleston, one night per week of 2-hours sessions over a 14-week period. New Tour Monitoring

The Detex Reliant security tour monitoring equipment has replaced the Tele-NAV in the field. SA has chosen the reliability of this new Dextex equipment to better document our security tours at our client locations. The program registers the time that the officer passes a “striking point button” location, and then is down-loaded to the client’s computer. The report generated clearly identifies the designated number on the button, the time visited, the customized location description, and any special notation on actions taken.
