Carefully chosen for their ability to handle themselves—and others—with discretion, skill and authority, Security America officers have been thoroughly screened to provide your business with a complete roster of security services. They’re experienced in the specific security needs of health care, chemical, manufacturing, financial, warehousing or retail facilities, natural gas and oil drilling sites, coal mines and more.

Additionally, a portion of our officers are cross-trained to conduct switchboard operation, inventory or EMT procedures and all are kept up-to-date on trends and solutions concerning theft, fire, confrontations and other related issues through our Security Update training publication. We employ only the men and women who meet our strict standards of quality assurance:

Selection: All applicants are carefully screened and tested for drugs and alcohol; their backgrounds and police records are checked; proof of age, education and military experience are verified. We test for honesty, personality characteristics and drug-avoidance. Additionally, we screen for physical fitness to ensure that all officers are physically capable of providing the professional services required at your site.

Training: After another round of thorough interviews, extensive pre-service training begins. Each officer-candidate receives rigorous written, video and on-site instruction in everything from basic duties to fire-prevention and the legal aspects of security. Followed by a client-site orientation and regular intervals of in-service training, Security America invests considerable time and effort ensuring that only the most qualified and well-trained security guards will be dispatched to your site. Supervision & Management: We conduct frequent quality assurance visitation inspections to sites to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with the services and the personnel we provide. One of our account supervisors will meet with you on a regular basis, and a Security America field manager will also review the specifications of your job to ensure that high-quality standards are met and exceeded.
