Charleston, W. Va. – Security America, Inc. has promoted Tina Campbell as the Operations Manager and rehired Arnold Jarrell as the Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator.
Tina Campbell, who has been with the company since September of 2016, advances her career to be the new Operations Manager. This will be her second promotion from previously being an Administrative Associate and then Payroll and HR Administrator. Campbell has assisted all Departments for Security America during her 6 years including helping with HR, payroll, and scheduling functions for Operations.
“Tina has always gone above and beyond for our employees and clients in her previous positions. I have no doubt she will continue that hard work and dedication in her new leadership role,” said Security America’s President and CEO, Chris Signorelli.
Arnold Jarrell has returned to the team as the new Payroll and HR Administrator. Jarrell has over 17 years of experience working at Security America. Jarrell worked his way through the ranks as a security officer, site supervisor, field supervisor, and Director of Operations for 12 years.
“We are excited to have Arnold return to the company in his new role and help mentor Tina in her new role. Security America has a good leadership team put together for our bright future,” said Crystal Bolen, Manager of Administration and Finance.
